Student-Faculty Game Results
On Tuesday Moran held its annual girls student-faculty game. The girls’ basketball team was getting nervous when the Faculty team made up of Super Heros was within 4 pts with about 3 minutes left in the game. The girls’ basketball team pulled out the win in the end with the score of 47-41.

Offensively for the Faculty Team, The Punisher, Mrs. Kukta was outstanding hitting two 3-pointers in the game and leading all scores with 14pts, The Dynamic Duo of Mrs. Esterheld (Batman) and Mrs. Mailhot (Robin) each had 7pts, while Mrs. Brandl (Wonder Woman), Ms. Wolfrum (The Avengers), Mrs. Purtill (Batman), and Mrs. Carbone (The Flash) combined for an additional 13pts. The other superheroes consisting of Mrs. Sember (Captain America), Ms. Simkus (The Black Panther), Mrs. Knibbs (Spiderman), and Mrs. Bielesz (Superman) played quality defense which made the game very close and exciting.

The girls’ basketball team would like to thank all the women faculty members that came out and participated in this year’s faculty game and are looking forward to giving you a rematch next year! Same Bat-Time, Same Bat-Channel.
