Huskies Wear Pink
Team 6-1 (Huskies) are wearing pink on Thursday, October 29th in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Teachers will donate to the Cancer Society for every student that wears pink.

Cross Country Results
Yesterday the girls and boys cross-country teams competed in a dual meet against Kennedy MS of Southington.
Boys’ meet results:
The boys’ team suffered their 3rd loss of the season against Kennedy by the score of 39-21. There were 66 runners in the race. Tyler Jasinski finished first overall followed by Jacob Bielesz in 6th, Tyler Carmen 9th, Eamon Burke 11th. Other runners that ran well for Moran were Anthony Defilio, Andrew Carey, Derrick Arnold, and Michael Womelsdorf.
Girls’ meet results:
The Moran Lady Mustangs won their first meet of the season as they trampled the Kennedy Lady Eagles by the score of 23-32. Coming in first for Moran and first overall was Elizabeth Brown beating the second runner by 1 minute and 30 seconds. Following Elizabeth was Paige Johnson in 4th, Arianna Amodio in 5th, Amelia Mansfield 6th, Karly Martino 7th, Gretchen Seibt 11th, and Lia Sofiane 12th. Other runners that did well in the meet were Rylee Massoni, Nami Bolat, Kaitlin Morrill, Sydney Russacci, and Jayna Mackenzie.
The next meet for both the boys and girls cross-country teams in Saturday, October 17th in the McGee Invitational. Good Luck and Go Mustangs!!!
