Career Breakfast -Thursday April 24the (bakers needed)

On Thursday April 24th students will have a chance to meet with varies people to explore career ideas and options.  The guidance department is hosting this event and the PTO is reaching out to parents to help provide baked goods for the breakfast.  If you are able to bake something for this event, please email me and let me know.

PTO Meeting- Tuesday April 22 6:30 pm

The Health Department will be joining our PTO meeting to discuss with parents some Wallingford issues with lead-based paint and childhood poisoning.
The number of children impacted has gone up and it’s related to home improvement projects.  As it’s spring, they would really like the chance to speak with parents ASAP to get ahead of spring projects.  We invite you to join us for this program.  The discussion should last about 20 minutes.

Thank you for your time…

Please email me if you are able to help out with any of the events:

A class in our school (James H. Moran Middle School) has the opportunity to win a set of Acer tablets and they are looking for help! They are one of the 10 finalists in the Acer Classroom Makeover contest. The contest winner will be determined by public voting and will receive a classroom set of Acer ICONIA W Series tablets worth $15,000.  Having these available to them at all times will transform what they can do in the classroom!
